User Testing
At most design agencies usability testing gets done too late or never gets done at all. At Creative Thirst we believe that user testing is vital to achieving success and is repeated several times throughout the design process.
A Creative Thirst usability testing focuses on one user at a time, walking through their thought process click by click. It is our belief that user testing, or any analytical data, should not be used to validate an idea or design. Rather it should be used to gather a better understanding or your customer’s needs and habits, as well as discover problem areas on your site in order to create designs that can influence the motivations and desires of your target market. The result is your visitors will buy, sign up or convert more often, increasing your market share and your bottom line.
No one knows your business better than you do and no one knows your customers better than your customers themselves. Often times we as designers and marketers are too close to a particular solution. It is only natural that we support an idea because that is the way we would use a web site.
