Bobby… Great points! (But the “doctorstrusted.org” endorsement does not have much weight since they closed down under suspicion of being a fraud.)
I see too many supplement web sites that fall into all the traps you list – sometimes I think they were created by one person or team and sold in bulk to the companies.
I’ve written for supplements for 20 years now – started in the direct mail world – and I hate 90% of the junk I see for this market. it’s too bad so few of these companies can put themselves in the shoes of their prospects/customers, instead of following the herd and trying to get one big sale…

You’re correct Peter the Doctor Trusted endorsement is no longer operating but other ones have popped up and the fundamental concept is still a good one even though poorly executed.
