Marketing a nutritional supplement product these days requires quite a bit of digital know how and a keen eye on the numbers.

The digital “know how” part is a requirement these days. More and more people are turning to the web not only to research their conditions but also to learn about health products and alternatives. In addition to research, these savvy searchers are also finding and buying their vitamins and nutritional supplements online.

And many people are not looking for a good deal, but rather a good product that meets their specific condition as part of their personally prescribed treatment plan. Due largely to the continuous nature of testing. It’s not something you just do once. Firstly because you’re likely not to get it right the first time and secondly because what you learn in one test can be applied to your next test to get a compounded improvement effect.

It’s not always the best looking pages that sell the most. In the end A/B testing really removes the subjectivity of design and puts your marketing in the customer centric camp. Leveraging the collective knowledge of your visitors and letting them ultimately decide what sells.

Once you implement a marketing optimization program, you’re well on your way to maximizing every dollar spent on selling rather than just simply getting more eye balls to your web page or offer. You’ll be focusing on getting more of the existing visitors to convert and buy rather than just hoping they buy.
